These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Betmosphere.

By creating an account or using Betmosphere, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must satisfy all minimum age, legal and eligibility requirements applicable to you before using Betmosphere. You must meet the minimum age and other legal requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Betmosphere is permitted in your jurisdiction.

Betmosphere may restrict or terminate access from jurisdictions where the service is unavailable or where providing access creates legal or regulatory risk.

Betmosphere currently provides a virtual sports entertainment experience.

Matches, scores, odds, markets, predictions, results and other gameplay elements may be generated or simulated by Betmosphere's virtual sports systems.

Virtual results are not official sporting results and must not be relied upon as such.

Coins are virtual units used solely within Betmosphere. Coins:

• have no monetary value;
• are not legal tender;
• are not a deposit;
• are not a financial asset;
• cannot be withdrawn;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be exchanged for cryptocurrency;
• cannot be exchanged for gift cards;
• cannot be sold;
• cannot be purchased for the purpose of obtaining monetary value;
• cannot be transferred between users;
• cannot be redeemed outside Betmosphere.

No user has a right to a cash equivalent for any Coin balance.

A user's Coin balance must never be interpreted as money.

A displayed virtual win, virtual payout, potential return, balance or other virtual amount does not represent a monetary entitlement.

Betmosphere may provide betting-style virtual gameplay in which users use Coins to select virtual outcomes.

Where no real-money stake or monetary payout exists, these activities are part of the virtual entertainment experience.

Nothing in the platform creates a right to receive money.

Betmosphere may voluntarily offer users the opportunity to view advertisements in exchange for virtual Coins or other non-monetary in-platform rewards.

The user must actively choose to participate in a rewarded advertising experience.

Rewards:

• have no cash value;
• are usable only within Betmosphere;
• are non-transferable;
• cannot be exchanged for money;
• cannot be exchanged for cryptocurrency;
• cannot be redeemed for real-world goods or services.

Reward availability may vary depending on advertising demand, geographic availability, device, technical conditions and third-party advertising inventory.

A reward is granted only after the applicable advertising completion condition has been satisfied. Closing, skipping or abandoning an advertisement before the required completion condition may result in no reward.

Betmosphere may withhold, reverse or investigate rewards associated with suspected fraudulent, automated, manipulated or invalid activity.

Users must not:

• automate ad viewing;
• use bots;
• manipulate ad events;
• repeatedly trigger reward callbacks;
• interfere with advertising code;
• exploit technical vulnerabilities;
• create accounts to abuse rewards;
• use software designed to generate artificial ad impressions.

Betmosphere may use third-party advertising providers.

Third-party advertisements are controlled by the applicable advertising provider and may vary by user, country, device and available inventory.

Betmosphere does not guarantee that a particular advertisement will be available.

Betmosphere does not endorse every third-party advertiser merely because its advertisement appears on the platform.

Users must provide accurate information when registering.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Users must not share accounts or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact Betmosphere promptly.

Betmosphere may take security measures including temporary suspension or account restrictions.

Betmosphere may suspend or terminate accounts where there is reasonable evidence of:

• fraud;
• abuse;
• reward manipulation;
• advertising fraud;
• bot activity;
• multiple-account abuse;
• unauthorized access;
• attempts to manipulate Coins;
• attempts to manipulate virtual results;
• exploitation of technical vulnerabilities;
• violation of these Terms;
• activity creating legal, regulatory or security risk.

Betmosphere may modify virtual Coin balances where necessary to:

• correct technical errors;
• reverse fraudulent rewards;
• correct duplicate transactions;
• correct unauthorized transactions;
• maintain platform integrity.

Any correction must be recorded in the platform's transaction/audit system.

Betmosphere does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• maintenance;
• infrastructure failures;
• hosting failures;
• third-party service failures;
• advertising provider availability;
• network problems;
• security incidents;
• circumstances outside reasonable control.

The virtual sports engine may generate simulated outcomes.

Users acknowledge that virtual gameplay is not an official source of sports information.

Betmosphere does not guarantee that users will win virtual Coins or achieve any particular virtual outcome.

Virtual gameplay is provided for entertainment.

No virtual balance, virtual win, virtual payout, reward, Coin amount or displayed potential return creates an obligation for Betmosphere to pay money.

Betmosphere's original software, interface, branding, graphics, text and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, copy, reverse engineer, distribute or commercially exploit proprietary Betmosphere materials except where legally permitted.

If users submit content through the platform, they must not submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, malicious or infringing material.

Betmosphere may depend on third-party services including:

• authentication providers;
• cloud infrastructure;
• analytics providers;
• advertising providers;
• email providers;
• security providers.

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Personal data is processed according to the Betmosphere Privacy Policy.

Betmosphere may add, remove or modify features.

Changes to the virtual economy, rewards or gameplay may occur as the service evolves.

Material legal changes will be communicated where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betmosphere will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or waive mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

Any provision found to be unlawful or unenforceable will be interpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to establish that Betmosphere provides regulated betting services in a jurisdiction where it is not authorized to do so.

If Betmosphere ever introduces real-money deposits, real-money withdrawals, cash prizes, cryptocurrency rewards, transferable Coins, paid wagering, real-money betting or any other monetary gambling mechanism, these Terms must not be treated as sufficient. A new legal and regulatory review must occur before those features are launched.
